AI Fortune provides digital products and personalized reports. Because our services involve immediate digital delivery and customized content generation, all sales are generally final once a report has been delivered.
No Refunds After Delivery
Once a personalized report has been generated and delivered, refunds are generally not available.
Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered in cases involving:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical failures preventing delivery
- Billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Review Process
Each request will be reviewed individually. AI Fortune reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds at its sole discretion.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and fairly.
